Description:
They are designed to be hung using our suspension kit to create a stunning environment. With up to 20mm of internal width it is possible to house two LED strips side-by-side.

These aluminium channels not only act as a heat sink which reduces the light decay dramatically from the LEDs over their lifetime, but they also improve the visual finish of linear lighting installations by reducing spotting and manipulating the light output to suit an application.

By using the associated opal diffuser it is possible to soften the light output and reduce any glare. As the aluminium sits quite deep it should help to eliminate the spotting effect between the LEDs.

The channel is available off the shelf in lengths of 2 and 3 metres or in custom bespoke lengths, mitred and at an angle. Materials of Aluminium Profiles:
1. Heat Sink: 6063-T5 aerial aluminum
6063 Aerial aluminum has good corrosion resistance and toughness. It's easy polishing, color firm and anodic oxidation. It is a kind of typical extrusion material. Widly used in building profiles, heat sink of lights for vehicles, platforms, furniture, lifts, fences etc.
 
2. PC cover: Mitsubishi PC from Japan
PC (Polycarbonat) is an amorphous thermoplastic resin with excellent electrical insulation, extensibility, 
dimensional stability, and chemical corrosion resistance. It has high strength, heat resistance and cold 
resistance. It also has the advantages of self-extinguishing, flame retardant, non toxic and colorable.
Its strength and toughness are very good.
 
3. End cap
ABS material for anti-aging/Aluminum material/PC material
 
4. Clips
Stainless steel (201/304) clips for anti-rusting
